Pressure on Biden to let US weapons strike Russia

Russia's Vladimir Putin has issued a warning of 'serious consequences', particularly for what he described as 'small countries' in Europe. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has stated that Washington’s position on the matter would 'adapt and adjust' based on changing battlefield conditions. He is currently in Prague, Czech Republic, for a meeting of Nato foreign ministers. White House national security spokesman John Kirby has mentioned that despite the evolution of US support for Kyiv, 'right now, there's also no change to our policy'. Ukraine has been facing challenges countering a Russian offensive in the eastern part of the country, while the city of Kharkiv has endured weeks of deadly attacks, often initiated by Russia from military outposts near the Ukrainian border.
