Charlotte Church Digs Her Own Grave and Thrives on The Celebrity Traitors!

Charlotte Church, a well-known singer from Cardiff, Wales, recently appeared on the first celebrity season of the popular gameshow The Celebrity Traitors. The show features celebrities like Alan Carr, Kata Garraway, and Stephen Fry, who must work together to complete challenges while trying to figure out who among them is secretly working against the group as a Traitor. In the first episode, the celebrities were faced with a unique challenge: they had to dig their own graves to find a shield that would protect them from being 'murdered' in the game that night. Charlotte said she had 'no problem' with this task because she enjoys being outdoors and working with soil.

Charlotte explained on the Uncloaked podcast that she found the experience exciting and fun. She said she was sad not to have the chance to expose a Traitor before she was eliminated from the game. As the show went on, the challenges became more intense, and Charlotte admitted that it was difficult for her sensitive nature. She especially enjoyed the big missions, like the Trojan horse challenge, which she described as brilliant. Charlotte was proud of being a Faithful, someone who is not a Traitor, and believed that her honesty made her a target for elimination. She thought that if she had stayed longer, she could have become a real threat to the Traitors.

Outside of the show, Charlotte also talked about a viral video from last year where she performed a sound bath on live television. The segment was meant to be relaxing, but presenter Alison Hammond laughed during it, which made Charlotte feel disappointed. She said she wished people would take sound healing more seriously, as it is an important art to her. Despite this, Charlotte said she holds no hard feelings toward Alison Hammond and thinks she is a wonderful person. Charlotte continues to run a wellness retreat in Powys and hopes to share her love of sound healing with more people in the future.
