Robinson even consulted the AI chatbot ChatGPT, which confirmed that these phrases are likely to be produced by its algorithms. This situation has left him feeling uncertain about the authenticity of the applicants he encounters. Sharing his experiences on LinkedIn, Robinson expressed surprise at the number of fellow business leaders who share his concerns. Many of them are grappling with the same issue of differentiating between real applicants and those utilizing AI. He remarked, 'I think it is a real challenge in itself, but I don't think that I'm alone. ' Despite these challenges, Robinson believes that AI can be beneficial when used appropriately. He noted that AI can help applicants present their qualifications more clearly and succinctly.
