From Chaos to Adventure: Moped Journey Across Asia to England's Doorstep

Harry Jackson, a 29-year-old from Felixstowe, England, decided to take on an adventure that would change his life. After struggling with addiction to drugs and alcohol, Harry got the help he needed and wanted to do something meaningful. He became a YouTuber and started sharing his life with thousands of followers. One day, he thought about what he could do if he had no limits. That is when he decided to ride his moped, a small motorbike, all the way from Thailand to England. He wanted to see the world, meet new people, and experience things he had never done before.

Harry’s journey began in Thailand, where he first went to learn the language. He named his moped Baby Sai and started his trip on July 26, 2024. He did not take the shortest route home. Instead, he traveled through many countries, including Laos, Nepal, India, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Iraq, Turkey, and several European countries. By the time he finished his journey in Harwich, Essex, on December 10, 2025, he had traveled 27,000 miles. Along the way, Harry saw some of the world’s highest mountains, busy cities, and peaceful villages. He also took part in local celebrations, like Dashain in Nepal, and made videos about his experiences.

One of the biggest surprises for Harry was Iraq. He had always heard that Iraq was dangerous, but when he got there, he found that people were friendly and welcoming. They invited him into their homes, gave him food, and made sure he was safe. In Nepal, Harry witnessed protests and made a video about the revolution, which became very popular and got 33 million views. This made him well-known in Nepal, and people would stop him on the street to take selfies. Harry says that his journey changed the way he sees the world. He learned that people everywhere are kind and generous. He believes that if you treat others with respect and love, you will get the same in return. Now, Harry is happy with his life and enjoys sharing his adventures with others. He wants people to know that the world is not as scary as it seems and that most people are good at heart.
