The man, referred to in court documents as John Doe, alleges that he was taken to a back room at the SoHo club, where he witnessed drug use and interactions with escorts. He claims that he realized the drinks he was given were spiked and affecting his mental state. In his statement, he describes coming in and out of consciousness, aware of what was happening but unable to stop it. He alleges that he was raped by Diddy in the back room of the nightclub. In response to separate federal criminal charges, Diddy's lawyer stated, 'In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone - man or woman, adult or minor. ' These new allegations come at a time when fellow rapper Kanye West has publicly urged President Donald Trump to grant a pardon to Diddy before his upcoming trial. Kanye, a 24-time Grammy winner, expressed his support on social media, posting a direct plea to Trump: 'FREE PUFF,' followed by another post tagging the president: '@realDonaldTrump PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF. ' In early February, a lawyer representing the accusers mentioned that there were plans to take further action against Diddy, who is currently facing serious charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering. He has been held in a New York jail as he awaits his federal criminal trial.
