A new partnership between ArtHouse Jersey and Ashbe Construction is set to bring more art into the design of new buildings across Jersey. This partnership will use Jersey's Percentage for Art scheme, which encourages developers to spend a portion of their budgets on creative work.

Tom Dingle, the CEO of ArtHouse Jersey, explained that this partnership will create valuable opportunities for local artists. ArtHouse Jersey will act as an adviser and producer, helping Ashbe Construction find the right artists for each project. They will also support teamwork between artists, architects, and construction teams.
