Jaguar Land Rover production severely hit by cyber-attack

Jaguar Land Rover, a well-known car manufacturer owned by Tata Motors from India, has recently faced a major setback due to a cyber-attack. This attack has severely disrupted the company's ability to produce vehicles, especially at its two main factories in the United Kingdom. The company responded quickly by shutting down its computer systems to prevent further damage and is now working to restore its operations. Last year, Jaguar Land Rover signed a five-year deal worth £800 million with Tata Consultancy Services to improve cybersecurity and other IT services. This latest disruption comes at a difficult time for the company, which has already been struggling with lower profits due to rising costs and US tariffs.
