DR Congo and Rwanda vow to agree peace plan within days

The agreement indicates that both nations are now looking forward to significant investments, which they hope will be facilitated by the US government and private sector. Tragically, officials in eastern DR Congo report that approximately 7,000 people have lost their lives since the beginning of the year due to the ongoing conflict.
