Bones Snags Crown in RuPaul's Drag Race UK Season 7 Showdown!

RuPaul's Drag Race UK has crowned its seventh winner, and fans are buzzing with excitement. The final episode featured four talented drag queens: Elle Vosque, Catrin Feelings, Bones, and Silllexa Diction. Bones, whose real name is Paul Greaves, started performing drag seven years ago and has become a well-known figure in London's Soho drag scene. Throughout the series, Bones earned three 'RuPeter' badges, which are awarded to the winner of each episode's main challenge. During the final, Bones was joined by her mother Diane, who has always been supportive. Bones said she tries to share that love with others in her community who may not have had the same support.

Fans and fellow performers praised Bones' win. Benjy Kusi, a Drag Race fan, said Bones always stood out on the runway and was a worthy winner. One of the highlights of the season was when the contestants gave makeovers to celebrities. Bones transformed classical singer Charlotte Church into her drag sister, and they wore matching cream silk and lace outfits for a vampire wedding theme. Benjy called it one of the best makeovers in Drag Race history. However, some fans feel the show could do more to showcase the diversity of the UK drag scene. Drag performer Nick said the show only reflects a small part of drag culture and that viewers want to see more variety. Despite some criticism, Drag Race UK remains popular, and many hope future seasons will bring even more excitement and diversity to the screen.
