Thieves use explosives to steal gold 'masterpieces' from Dutch museum

The police were alerted to the scene after reports of an explosion at approximately 3:45 AM local time. Upon arrival, officers conducted a thorough forensic investigation and reviewed CCTV footage throughout the day to gather evidence. Additionally, authorities are looking into a burning vehicle discovered on a nearby road, which they suspect may be linked to the burglary. A statement from the Dutch police suggested that the suspects might have switched vehicles in the vicinity of the fire. Although no arrests have been made yet, investigators believe that multiple individuals were involved in this audacious crime. To aid in the investigation, the police have reached out to Interpol, the international policing agency.
