The protracted power struggle between employers and employees appears to have finally reached a resolution. In the wake of the pandemic, the balance of power has largely been tipped in favour of the workers, whether due to a favourable labour market or a steadfast refusal to relinquish their remote working setups. Despite this apparent victory for employers, it's not all doom and gloom for workers. Many have managed to secure greater flexibility, autonomy, and remuneration than ever before.
