' The planning committee from Staffordshire Moorlands District Council has welcomed the proposal, describing the solar farm as a 'massive improvement' over the noisy diesel generator that was previously used. Councillor Keith Hoptroff expressed his full support for the project, stating, 'I'd like to see more businesses do similar projects to this.
