He also said that the technology for streaming games has improved a lot in recent years, making it more reliable and fun. Amazon is now making it easier for people to find and play games by adding its cloud gaming service, Luna, to the Prime Video app. This means that if you have Amazon Prime, you can find games to play in the same place where you watch movies and TV shows.

However, there are still some challenges for cloud gaming. Many people still prefer to own their own consoles and download games directly. Some high-end games need special controllers, which not everyone has. Also, cloud gaming requires a fast and stable internet connection. If your internet is slow or cuts out, the game might not work well. Some experts, like Christopher Dring, say that while there is an audience for cloud gaming, especially for people who do not want to deal with technical problems, there are still obstacles. For example, game companies might not like the idea of people paying a subscription instead of buying games, because they make more money from sales. Another expert, Joost van Dreunen, said that cloud gaming has not become very popular yet because of issues like lag, inconsistent experiences, and the fact that people do not own the games they play. Still, as consoles get more expensive, more people might start to try cloud gaming. It might not happen quickly, but it could become more common in the future.
