The Minister of Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw, apologized for the problems and said they set up a special team to fix things. He asked people to share their feedback so they could make the event better. Some attendees said that the problems with organization made it hard to focus on the important discussions about AI. They felt that India needs to solve basic issues like crowd management and payments before it can show its full potential in technology. Still, some people enjoyed the sessions they could attend and hoped that future events would be better organized. The summit showed that while India has big dreams for AI, it also needs to improve how it runs large international events.
