The allegations date back to 2006, and the women describe specific incidents that took place in various locations, including a bedroom in his Chatsworth home. They also claim that during these assaults, Smokey used physical barriers and threats to prevent them from escaping. In addition to the sexual assault claims, the lawsuit highlights several labor violations, stating that the women worked long hours without receiving proper pay. They worked ten hours a day, six days a week, and did not receive overtime or holiday pay. The women eventually quit their jobs due to the alleged misconduct and the toxic work environment.
