However, the company is lowering the price of the battle pass from 1,000 V-Bucks to 800 V-Bucks. The other three passes in the game will also be reduced by 200 V-Bucks each. Players who subscribe to Fortnite's monthly Crew membership will now receive 800 V-Bucks each month instead of 1,000.

Many fans are upset about these changes and have expressed their frustration online. Some players feel that Epic Games is already making a lot of money from Fortnite and do not understand why prices need to go up. Others are worried that it will be harder to earn V-Bucks by playing the game, and they wonder if there will be fewer ways to get free V-Bucks.
