Keeley Bayley, a 26-year-old carer from Stafford, is thrilled to have made it to the final of Homecare's Got Talent for the second time. The competition, which celebrates the care industry, will see twelve contestants perform in Birmingham. Keeley is the only dancer in the final this year, and she impressed the judges with a contemporary dance to Tommee Profit's version of Cry Me A River. She told BBC Radio Stoke that she feels grateful and proud to represent dancers in the competition. Keeley plans to expand her performance in the final by adding more songs and building on the story she started in the semi-final.

Keeley has been a dancer for ten years and has worked for Bluebird Care Stafford for two years. She remembers being a quiet eighteen-year-old when she first became a carer, but over the years, she has grown in confidence and made many friends. The friendships she formed during last year's contest inspired her to compete again this year. Keeley believes that communication is one of the most important parts of her job, and working with people has helped her develop her character. She says the people she cares for are supportive and understanding, and their stories make her work environment enjoyable. Keeley feels incredibly blessed to do her job and would not want to change it for anything.

Homecare's Got Talent was created to honor those who dedicate their lives to caring for others. Contestants enter by submitting videos of their talents, which are reviewed by a panel of judges. Dan Archer, the founder, says carers are humble and give so much to their profession, so the competition is a chance for them to be in the spotlight. The final will take place at the Crescent Theatre in Birmingham, and the audience will be filled with people eager to celebrate the talents of carers. Keeley is grateful for the support she receives from her colleagues and the people she cares for, and she hopes her performance will inspire others in the care industry.
