A major new technology project has been given the green light in North Lincolnshire. The plans for Elsham Tech Park include up to fifteen separate data centre buildings. This greenhouse will use waste heat from the data centre’s cooling systems to help grow crops. By using this extra heat, the project will save energy and help the environment. The entire site will cover up to four hundred and thirty-five acres, which is about one hundred and seventy-five hectares.

The council says that Elsham Tech Park will be one of the largest AI data centre campuses ever proposed in the UK.
