The idea for this world record attempt began last year when BBC Radio 1 Breakfast presenter Greg James and content creator Jack Remmington thought it would be a fun challenge. Jack posted a video suggesting the record should be attempted at BST Hyde Park, and Greg helped get Pitbull involved. On the day of the concert, fans braved the hot London weather, with temperatures reaching 32 degrees Celsius. Many said they felt 'sweaty and bald' but were thrilled to be part of something special. Fans described Pitbull as an inspiration, someone who brings 'good vibes' and makes everyone feel welcome. One fan said, 'He just brings out the best in everyone,' while another added, 'It's amazing to be a part of this. '

When Pitbull finally took the stage, the excitement in the crowd was electric. He performed many of his biggest hits, including 'Fireball' and 'Give Me Everything,' which had the audience singing along. He also played some Latin classics, like Daddy Yankee's 'Gasolina,' and kept the energy high with a mix of club songs during his costume changes. To thank the record-breaking crowd, which was the largest ever at BST Hyde Park with nearly 70,000 people, Pitbull performed 'Wonderwall,' a song that has become an unofficial anthem for England during the World Cup. He told the crowd, 'To be able to celebrate and congratulate each other – it's an honour, it's a privilege, and it's priceless. ' Pitbull was joined on stage by pop star Kesha and rapper Lil Jon for their collaboration tracks. Kesha, who also wore a bald cap, said their hit 'Timber' changed her life. Pitbull, who was born in Miami to Cuban parents, started his career in Latin hip hop before moving into pop music.
