Andrew Spencer, the chief operating officer at AEG Presents Europe, the company that will manage the ARC, announced that they are now opening their schedule for bookings. He emphasized the importance of Olympia's rich musical history and said that the new venue will honor that legacy while providing state-of-the-art facilities for performers and fans. The ARC is designed to be a thoroughly modern venue, with features that will make it comfortable and enjoyable for everyone who visits.

British Airways is proud to be the naming rights partner for the ARC. Calum Laming, the company's chief customer officer, said that British Airways wants to represent modern Britain both at home and internationally. He expressed excitement about being part of Olympia and helping to showcase the best entertainment from the UK and around the world.
