After being accused of rape, he was extradited to Perth, Australia, where he appeared in court to address these allegations. On Thursday, he was officially charged, and his bail application was approved, allowing him to remain free while awaiting further legal proceedings. They include four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of impeding a person's normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to their neck.
