Loopfest is a new music festival in Shrewsbury that aims to support local artists and young people interested in music. To prepare for the festival, Jamie and his team had to turn an old mini golf building into a live music venue. They only had six weeks and a budget of two thousand pounds to do this. The building was in bad shape, with graffiti on the walls and old golf equipment everywhere. Jamie said it would not have been possible to get the venue ready without the help of many volunteers who worked hard to clean and fix it up.

Jamie Smith wants people to know that when they buy a ticket to Loopfest, they are not just paying for a fun weekend of music. They are also helping to support the creative arts in Shrewsbury. The money raised will be used to create new experiences for young people, such as DJ workshops and other music activities. Jamie hopes that Loopfest will help people in Shropshire and beyond to develop their musical talents and grow as artists.
