Financial experts, like Dan Ives from Wedbush Securities, say that keeping Musk at Tesla is crucial for the company's future. They believe that Musk is Tesla's biggest asset, especially as the company faces tough competition in the AI industry.

Other tech giants, such as Facebook and Microsoft, are also trying to hire top AI experts by offering them huge salaries. For example, Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg has reportedly tried to attract developers from OpenAI, while Microsoft's AI division has hired several people from Google.
