Sarah expressed her gratitude that Danny was able to return home from the hospital for a few days before he died, allowing her to be by his side along with their dogs. In the film, Bridget Jones, played by Renee Zellweger, faces the challenge of navigating life after the loss of her husband, Mark Darcy. Sarah found the film uplifting and appreciated how it portrayed the struggles of dealing with grief. She noted that Bridget receives various pieces of advice from friends and family on how to cope with her loss. However, Sarah pointed out that not all advice is helpful during such a difficult time. She reflected on her own experience, saying, 'I'm nearly six years out now and I think I can laugh at some of those things now and that's what the movie highlighted for me - hope. The film has also been recognized by the charity Widowed and Young, which supports individuals under the age of 50 who have lost a partner.
