Furthermore, prosecutors allege that in some instances, the brothers physically restrained their victims during the assaults, ignoring their screams and explicit requests to stop. After the assaults, it is claimed that the brothers would sometimes offer their victims concert tickets and other luxury items as a way to manipulate and silence them. The Alexander brothers are facing one count each of engaging in a sex trafficking conspiracy, as well as a second count of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Additionally, Tal Alexander faces an extra charge of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Oren's lawyer has firmly stated that he is innocent and believes that the evidence will prove that neither he nor his brothers committed any crimes.
