Rita Ora was photographed wearing a large black ostrich feather hat designed by Rose, along with a light brown dress decorated with floral patterns and elegant earrings. Rose described her reaction as 'just wow, wow, wow,' saying she felt numb with excitement and kept looking at the photos to make sure it was real.

Rose works at a studio with other skilled artists and makers. She was quick to thank her colleagues for their help in creating the luxury ostrich feather hats. She explained that she first learned about her hat making it to Hollywood when she saw news coverage of the Oscars party on Monday. It was a total surprise for her, as she had no idea her design would be worn by such a famous celebrity at such a high-profile event. Earlier in January, four of her ostrich feather hats, including the black one Rita Ora wore, were featured in the Tamara Ralph collection during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. Rose was asked to make these hats to match the Australian designer's spring and summer couture clothing.

Rose’s journey into millinery began about 12 years ago, almost by accident. She was running a bridal boutique in Zimbabwe, where she was born, and started researching ways to repair damaged hats. This led her to discover her passion for hat making. Now, she works from studios at Grandey's Place near Bishop's Stortford, surrounded by a community of other talented artists. Rose is especially grateful for her recent success because she was recovering from a cancer diagnosis and surgery while preparing for Paris Fashion Week. She said, 'I'm just so happy and so grateful and so thankful, especially at this time of my life. When you feel the world is working against you, this kind of success really brightens your world.
