Anjali Sule, co-founder of ICM, expressed her excitement about the project, saying it was 'really beautiful' to see the ideas come to life. She believes the mural will become a landmark for Ipswich Community Media and will help people recognize the organization as a place that celebrates inclusivity and togetherness.

Atma, the artist who painted the mural, said he wanted the artwork to be a 'positive offering' to Ipswich. He used the stories and ideas from the workshops to create a design that would inspire curiosity and conversation. Atma emphasized the importance of focusing on positive messages, saying, 'Let's not talk negatively, let's talk positively. Let's bring beauty, joy, a bit of magic so we open curiosity and we create dialogue. ' He hopes the mural will encourage people to talk to each other and appreciate the beauty in their community.

The mural was painted with the help of Leo Vanmegen, who believes it adds 'a little bit of beauty' to the area. Leo thinks celebrating Ipswich's cultural diversity is very important, explaining that the town's strength comes from having people from so many different backgrounds. He hopes the mural will help promote this side of Ipswich and encourage people to appreciate the variety of cultures in their town.

Iona Hodgson, co-founder of Art Eat Events, said the project was about more than just putting art on walls. She wanted the mural to reflect what the community wanted to share and say.
