Doherty said she does not think Jamie ever gets mad at his staff in real life.

The video was filmed at one of Jamie Oliver's Italian restaurants, and the crew only had two hours to shoot everything. Doherty said it was the craziest set she had ever worked on, but Jamie was very friendly and even stayed after filming to chat with the crew and make them food.
