They lamented, 'We pay a lot of money each month for the use of your services and understand at times faults happen, but 11 hours so far with no end in sight, it's not good. ' Sky Glass is a smart television that operates through broadband, allowing users to stream content directly without the need for an aerial or satellite dish. Many affected users speculated that a faulty update from Sky might be the reason behind their 'bricked' TVs. One user even shared a video showing their television failing to turn on, with a red standby light blinking slowly.
